In My Entire Life This Will Likely Be The Most Memorable Hand I Will Ever Play

I tend not to talk too much about specific poker hands in this blog. However, I recently played what I’m pretty sure will be the most memorable hand I will ever play in my life. Since it is going to take me at least 3 posts and a couple of weeks to even scratch the surface of this hand, I’m just going post a picture of it now. (And yes I am counting this minipost towards my at-least-one-post-a-week-while-at-the-WSOP pledge)

I'm sorry but I can't go into the details on this hand right now. It's a story that I want to tell correctly and I'm still hammering out how best to do that. So for now I can only tell you three things. When the picture was taken I was all in (I moved in), my hand improved on one street, and my opponent's hand improved on 2 streets. Beyond that I'm not telling. And if you've heard about this hand already keep it to yourself. I'm going to tell it how I want to tell it.

I have always referred to 47s as "the demoralizer", but I like the cambodian slick too.

Looks like maybe you rivered the 5H?

Lemme see...you hit your flush on the flop, your opponent hit quads on the turn with his pocket cowboys, and you rivered the straight flush--correct?

I saw My Blueberry Nights, which dragged, but this scene was neat, especially after rwading Alson's article on it. Aloha
